Yoga Integration® Retreats are a fantastic way to introduce new students to a yoga practice that will be supportive of their wellness goals and lay a foundation for successful continued yoga practice. They are also a great re-introduction to yoga if it has been a while since you’ve been on your mat.

The focus of these retreats is WELLNESS more than FITNESS. However all retreats offer flow practices that are more heat-building and may feel like more of a workout than workshop.

On a case by case basis, yes. All guests need some familiarity with the Yoga Integration® program basics to attend a Level 2 Retreat. You may purchase and study the Workbook to fulfill the prerequisite.

We require it to ensure a stress free time, as unexpected things happen (weather delays, illness etc) and it can make all the difference between a lovely experience, and a quite stressful one. The company you use is your choice of course but please note : insurance booked with the airline is typically not sufficient. This should be a individual (not group) travel policy.  We like General Travel Insurance, their toll-free phone number is 800-348-9505, also 800-318-0179, and 877-243-4135 https://www.generalitravelinsurance.com/  Whether or not you decline this requirement you will assume full responsibility of any unexpected costs incurred during travel.

Often times, yes! Inquire about your specific retreat, but often a non-enrolled guest can accompany you in your Private room for a reduced rate. Some locations even allow children.

We have a private Facebook group that can be accessed with a monthly subscription. There you can stream practices when and where it is convenient for you. You can also purchase a workbook and use that as a mat companion for reminders of all you learned in class.

You will be provided general suggestions upon enrollment, and specific suggestions 3-4 months prior to your travel.
