Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Yoga Integration®, whether delivered in person in New Mexico, Alaska, at retreat locations, in a client’s home, or online.

By booking, purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any offering, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

Yoga Integration® provides the following services:

Structural Integration bodywork
Therapeutic yoga instruction
Movement education
Online courses and digital programs
Membership subscriptions
Workshops and retreats
In home private sessions

All services are wellness-based and educational in nature. They are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

No Medical Advice

Yoga Integration® does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions.

Participation in bodywork, yoga, or movement programs is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. You agree to consult a licensed healthcare provider before participating if you have medical conditions, injuries, are pregnant, or are under medical supervision.

Assumption of Risk and Release

You acknowledge that bodywork, Structural Integration, yoga, and retreat activities involve inherent physical risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strain, falls, aggravation of pre existing conditions, or injury.

By participating, you:

Voluntarily assume all risks
Release Yoga Integration® from liability for injuries or damages arising from participation
Agree not to hold Yoga Integration® responsible except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct

This release applies to in-person sessions, in-home services, retreats, workshops, and online instruction.

Retreat Terms and Liability

Participation in retreats may include physical activity, travel, lodging, group experiences, and off site excursions.

By registering for a retreat, you acknowledge:

Travel carries inherent risks
Yoga Integration® is not responsible for airline disruptions, weather, lodging issues, transportation delays, or third party vendors
You are responsible for obtaining travel insurance
You are responsible for your own medical insurance
Retreat payments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated

If a retreat is canceled by Yoga Integration® due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, you may receive a credit or refund at our discretion, excluding non-recoverable expenses already paid to third-party vendors.

In Home Service Terms

For in home sessions:

The client must provide a safe, clean, and appropriate space
Pets must be secured during the session
Children must be supervised
The practitioner reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe

Yoga Integration® is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from unsafe home conditions.

Travel fees may apply and are non-refundable once scheduled.

Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within 24 hours may result in:

Full session charge
Forfeiture of deposit
Deduction from prepaid packages

No shows are charged in full. Repeated late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

Packages and Series

Packages, including 3 session or 10 Series Structural Integration programs:

Must be used within the designated timeframe
Are non refundable once initiated
Are non transferable
Unused sessions expire unless otherwise agreed in writing

Retreat Payment Structure

Retreat deposits are non-refundable.
Payment plans must be completed in full before participation.
Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of deposit and reservation.

Digital Products and Online Programs

All digital purchases are final sale.
Due to the nature of downloadable and streamed content, refunds are not provided once access is granted.
Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
Violation may result in termination of access without refund.

Membership and Subscription Terms

Memberships automatically renew on the billing cycle selected at purchase.

To cancel:

You must cancel before your next billing date
Cancellation requests submitted after billing will apply to the next cycle
No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods
Access continues until the end of the paid billing cycle
Yoga Integration® reserves the right to terminate memberships for violation of terms

Payment and Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Yoga Integration® to resolve concerns.

Improper chargebacks may result in:

Immediate termination of services
Collections action
Legal remedies

Force Majeure

Yoga Integration® is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All materials, branding, videos, written content, and course materials are the intellectual property of Yoga Integration®. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell materials without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoga Integration® shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of services. Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico for services rendered in New Mexico and the State of Alaska for services rendered in Alaska. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the applicable state.

SMS Program Terms

Yoga Integration® offers an SMS program that provides service-related communications to clients and members who opt in.

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Rescheduling notifications
Service follow ups
Event notifications
Program access notifications

This SMS program is transactional in nature unless separate marketing consent is provided. Message frequency varies.

Opt Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message received. After replying STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You may re-enroll at any time by submitting a new opt-in request. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.

Message Frequency and Fees

Message frequency varies depending on appointment schedules, services booked, and membership activity. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan. Yoga Integration® is not responsible for carrier imposed fees.

Carrier Disclaimer, Eligibility, and Consent Records

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network availability.

SMS services are intended for individuals eighteen years of age or older. By opting in, you represent that you are at least eighteen years old, you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided, and you have authority to consent to receive SMS messages at that number.

Yoga Integration® maintains records of SMS opt-in consent in compliance with A2P 10DLC and carrier registration requirements. Consent is collected through website forms, intake forms, booking forms, or other digital methods that clearly disclose the nature of SMS communications.

Modifications to These Terms

Yoga Integration® reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
